All new subscriptions are subject to our 30-day money-back guarantee, meaning that if you’d like to cancel your membership within the first 30 days after initial payment, you can email us for an immediate cancellation and a full refund.
All new subscriptions are set to renew automatically. If you do not want your membership to auto-renew, you can let us know via email. Renewals are not subject to our refund policy as they are outside of the initial 30 days of upgrading to the Premium membership. We do not issue pro-rated refunds.
