Refund Policy

We kindly ask that you adhere to our refund policy for the Premium Membership.

Free Trial Cancellation Policy:

If you’ve signed up to a trial of our Premium membership, please be sure to cancel within the trial period to avoid being charged. We do not issue refunds for cancellations after the end of the trial period.

30-day Money Back Guarantee:

All new subscriptions (excluding our trials) are subject to our 30-day money-back guarantee, meaning that if you’d like to cancel your membership within the first 30 days after initial payment, you can email us for an immediate cancellation and a full refund.

Automatic Renewals:

All new subscriptions are set to renew automatically. If you do not want your membership to auto-renew, you can let us know any time via email. Renewals are not subject to our refund policy as they are outside of the initial 30 days of upgrading to the Premium membership. We do not issue pro-rated refunds.

Unsubscribing as a Premium member:

If you wish to cancel future billing at any time, simply let us know via email and we’ll action your request.
