If you have signed up to a free trial of our Premium Membership, you must cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period shown in your account to avoid being charged.
We send a reminder email 3 days before your trial is due to expire to help you manage your subscription.
We do not issue refunds for charges incurred after a trial period has ended.

All new paid subscriptions (excluding free trials and renewals) are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Automatic Renewals
All Premium Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan).
Annual subscribers will receive a reminder email 7 days before their renewal payment is due.
To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel your subscription before your next billing date.
Renewal Payments
Renewal payments fall outside of the initial 30-day guarantee period and are therefore non-refundable.
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods.
