If you’ve joined successfully, you should have received your Welcome Deal by now (or deals, if you selected multiple departure regions), which will be sent to you within about 5 minutes after confirming your email address and departure airports.
Please do check your junk or any other secondary folders if it doesn’t land in your inbox!
Going forward, you’ll receive a fresh deal every week or so from your favourite airports.
The more airports you’ve selected, the more deals you’ll receive.
For example, if you’re happy to receive deals from both the Midlands and the North West – you’ll get twice as many deals.
You can update your airport preferences at any time using the link at the footer of our email alerts.
This is something we might introduce in the near future, but for the time being we only send out deals via email as and when we find them.
These deals are often very time sensitive and we have a lot of regions and preferences to account for, so it wouldn’t be feasible for us to be constantly checking and updating them at the moment.
You might have noticed that we have two levels of membership.
The free membership is more basic, but still provides a very valuable service which focusses purely on short-haul, long weekend deals departing from your favourite airports.
The Premium membership unlocks even more deals from your favourite airports.
Premium includes all the long weekend deals, as well as the longer getaways (typically 7 nights), and the quieter midweek breaks.
You can opt in for whichever combination works for you.
So you’ll be a lot more likely to take advantage of the deals that work for you, and you’ll be a lot more likely to bag some great savings, but it’s completely optional.
We feature destinations all over Europe, depending on what’s cheap / fantastic value.
For free members, this includes short-haul getaways only – destinations that tend to be under a 3.5 hour flight away max.
For Premium members, you’ll get all the short-haul deals as well as the medium-haul deals, unlocking even more destinations such as Greece and the Canary Islands, etc.
